Comics Fest is part of Open Book Festival and is a new addition to this annual event. Now in its third year, Comics Fest takes place at the Homecoming Centre next to the Fugard Theatre, in Cape Town.
The illustrators, book artists and comic artists of Cape Town gather here every year to show their work and sell their products. There is a program of talks and debates, and when you’re done looking at comics you can wander off to all the other cool book-related things happening around town.
